SUMMARY

Drive implementation of key strategies in the areas of discipleship and assimilation. Will develop strategy for volunteer programming alongside the pastor of discipleship and assimilation.

 

DUTIES
  • Help create environments and programs for people to become involved in church life
  • Provide organization and support for small group campaigns
  • Build and lead small group environments that welcome churchgoers and non-churchgoers alike
  • Develop volunteer strategy
  • Provide small group administrative support
