Description - The Client Services Associate plays a critical role in the back-office. With responsibility for the day to day back-office details, the Client Services Associate helps ensure clients have a wonderful experience at Aspect Wealth.
We have experienced professionals that will train you and work to give you a detailed understanding of how we do business.
Responsibilities & Activities:
- Greets clients and makes them feel comfortable when they visit the office
- Works with motivated, industry-leading advisors to provide exceptional service to our clients
- Handles incoming phone calls
- Coordinates client meetings
- Orders and handles office supplies
- Processes new accounts and account transfers
- Processes new contributions and withdrawals from investment accounts
- Processes beneficiary changes

Helpful:
- Undergraduate Degree
- Previous securities industry experience
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63
