Job Description:

Atascadero Christian Community is a Christian, non-profit organization providing skilled nursing and assisted living services on California's Central Coast. 

 

We are seeking an experienced nurse manager with excellent leadership and teaching skills. Our Director of Nurses will generate enthusiasm and cooperation from others while showing respect for people with differing social and cultural backgrounds. The position will work effectively with the local community and have good communication skills. Qualified candidates will be proactive and have a desire to lead our employees to provide the highest levels of resident care.

This is a key management position and includes health and retirement benefits in addition to paid time off.

About Atascadero Christian Community

Atascadero Christian Community (ACC) has been focused on seniors since 1959. The founders’ original vision was to create a Christian home for delinquent boys having trouble at home or with the law, but this did not come to fruition. The founders also contemplated a retirement home for ministers and missionaries, but they soon realized there was insufficient demand for such a residents. So the founders’ focus shifted to their desire to help anyone who needed assisted or independent living in a Christian environment.
