Trainer and Customer Service Representative needed for established Low Voltage Communications company based in Knightdale, NC. Candidate will conduct In-Service Training Sessions to Nursing Staff in Healthcare Facilities. In-Service will take place on Nurse
Call equipment and other communications equipment sold and serviced by Systems Electronics, Inc. Activities include working with company sales and technical staff, meeting with Healthcare facility staff to conduct assessments, determine workflow processes,
establish training schedules and provide follow up customer support. Ideal candidate would have either Education experience, Healthcare experience or both. Overnight travel in North Carolina and Virginia required although this positon is based in the Norfolk,
Virginia Beach area.

Friendly Customer Service demeanor
Flexible and able to adapt to constantly changing environment
Expert skill sets with Microsoft Office
Expert Presenter using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar software
Must be able to work outside of normal working hours
Must be comfortable working in the medical environment
