Position Summary:  Under the direction of the Executive Director, and along with the Medical Director, the Nurse Administrator is a registered nurse who oversees the medical services of APC (the clinic).

 

Alternatives Pregnancy Center (Sacramento, CA), a licensed medical clinic, seeks a full-time Nurse Manager who will provide Christ-centered medical services of APC (the clinic).  APC offers compassionate care to those making significant life choices through client advocacy, free pregnancy tests and limited ultrasounds, medical  assistance, abstinence education, sexual health education, post-abortion groups and parenting sessions.

 

Job Description:

The Nurse Manager should be a mature Christian with supervisory skills and experience, while holding a current license in good standing with the California Board of Registered Nurses.  The Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing oversight to all nursing services in the clinic.  Must have proven administration experience and exhibit skills in managing others, building ministry relationships, achieving strategic and development objectives and goals.  The Nurse Manager reports to the Executive Director and is expected to carry out the Nurse Managers duties and responsibilities with limited supervision.
