The Field Services Development Associate: 401(k) will initiate the implementation of a unique 401k strategy at the employer level. The FSD Associate will schedule appointments with pre-qualified and expectant employers waiting to take advantage of the current "market shift" in 401(k) plan design, complete the implementation paperwork, schedule enrollment meetings, work hand-in-hand with the TPA and conduct employee enrollment meetings.
A Series 65 is welcomed but not required.

Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years 401(k) experience in development, production or process management.
Exceptional client engagement capabilities to build relationships and trust.
Demonstrated work ethic within work, family and volunteering.
Demonstrated follower of the "Golden Rule."
