Eagle River Presbyterian Church (ERPC) is a growing, Christ-centered congregation in Avon, CO based between the ski resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek. The Director of Youth, Family and Small Group Ministries will oversee the discipleship of Middle School and High School Youth for ERPC. Additionally, they will begin to enhance and support our newly created small group ministry program. The Director will be asked to build reslationships with the youth and families in our church. We also desire to have this position reach out to un-churched youth in our community. This position will also be an important part of Sunday morning and evenings at ERPC, either in participating in or helping lead parts of the worship service and/or by offering youth oriented education classes or youth group activities. During the week, they will organize and create weekly opportunites for education, fellowship and recreational purposes. The Director will work closely with the Pastor, Christian Education Elder, the Christian Education Team, Children's Ministry and other staff in order to carry out our mission in a team supported style of ministry.
