Bethany Church is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to provide overall direction in the planning, coordination, operation, recruitment, and evaluation of comprehensive music ministry for the church. This involves coordination with the Senior Pastor, devising effective worship services, planning the presentation of worship, ensuring Band and Worship Teams are properly prepared weekly, and striving to select music which brings glory to God, is theologically correct, and ministers to the congregation. Position also involves oversight of Bethany Tech Team as well as making sure all audio/visual equipment is properly maintained and fully operational.
