Job Title: Marketing Technician
Location: Brandon, FL (On-Site, Full-Time)
Reports to: Director of Operations
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Our U.S. headquarters in Brandon, FL, is seeking a Marketing Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for ministry, a strong work ethic, and a desire to use their technical skills to serve the Lord.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Technician with expertise in technical implementation, basic IT support, and marketing campaign technology development. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and implement new tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting marketing campaigns through technology. Applicants will undergo practical testing to evaluate their adaptability and problem-solving abilities with technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation and IT Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and manage systems for campaigns.
- Set up and maintain computers, especially Mac systems, for team members.
- Manage and optimize the use of Google Workspace and other software tools.
- Troubleshoot and adapt to various software and technical needs.
- Adapt to and implement new software and tools as needed.
Marketing Campaign Support
- Partner with the Marketing Associates on all tech implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Make simple updates to the website and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist with partner acquisition efforts and other team projects as required.
Collaboration and Adaptability
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of technology into campaigns.
- Remain focused on your role while being adaptable to the needs of the team and ministry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Several years of experience in IT, systems management, or a related field (e.g., engineering, tech director).
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, both Windows and Mac.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other typical software ecosystems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to various software and technical needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Experience with website management and essential updates.
- A team-oriented, servant-hearted approach to work.
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the Brandon office 5 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications
- A college degree in a related field or certifications (not required but a plus).
- Experience in ministry or nonprofit work.
- A passion for sharing the Gospel and advancing the Kingdom of God.
